Respect for and relationship with the land is at the core of Antoine Nation being. Although the Antoine Nation way of life, patterns of settlement and its Members’ relationship with the land has been significantly disrupted since first contact with Europeans many centuries ago, Antoine Nation Members have remained true to their core territory which is present in what are now known as the provinces of Ontario and Quebec.

The Antoine Nation continues to develop land use studies to better explain and articulate to non-Members, the Crowns, Industry and the general public its constitutionally protected uses and boundaries of its territory, and the legally required consultation obligations of those who wish to perform any activities, create any development, or pass any laws or regulations affecting that territory.

The Antoine Nation will continue to post significant maps of aspects and elements of its territory in this section.
